With only eight teams remaining in the 2018 NBA playoffs, there have been some changes to the odds to win a title.
OddsShark provided the latest breakdown, featuring the Golden State Warriors once again favored to win it all:
The Philadelphia 76ers might be the most intriguing squad on the list, featuring the third-best odds despite only being the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference.
The 76ers began the season at 150-1 to win a championship, per OddsShark, equal to the Utah Jazz, who are also still alive.
Philadelphia, which features a talented array of young players (specifically Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid), ended the regular season with 16 straight wins and then easily dispatched of the Miami Heat in five games in Round 1. They now take on a injured Boston Celtics squad that needed seven games to get past the Milwaukee Bucks.
The Cavaliers barely escaped in seven games against the Indiana Pacers, while the Toronto Raptors needed six to get past the Washington Wizards.
In the Western Conference, the Warriors and Rockets remain the top teams to beat in the odds and on the court. Each have already gotten started in their second-round series and have earned relatively easy wins.
While Stephen Curry's injury remains a question mark for Golden State, the two powerhouses in the West appear on a collision course for a series whose winner would be a big favorite in the NBA Finals.
