* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

2) What is the average shipping or transit time?

Mexico: 20 business days

Russia, Ukraine and Saudi Arabia: 7-15 business days

All other supported countries: 7-14 business days

3) Are there other/hidden charges?

No. What you see in the catalog is only the amount you'll pay upon checkout except for shipping fee for countries not mentioned above.

4) How much is the shipping fee for countries not mentioned above?

Shipping fee is at USD 2.50. Our store is committed to deliver orders anywhere in the world. That's why we partnered with reliable carriers to make it possible.

5) Will there be an order and shipping confirmation once the order is placed?

Once an order transaction has been completed a confirmation will be sent to you via email.

6) What if I'm not satisfied with the product?

Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you're not absolutely satisfied about the product bought here at our store, you can always file a return for a possible refund. Please take note that the product must be in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Please make sure to keep your packaging after opening. You may find more details on our Refund Policy.

7) How do I monitor or track my package?

We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed which can be tracked through our Order Tracker link on our site. Due note that it often takes 2-4 days for orders to be shipped

8) I did not get a tracking number, what do i do?

Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number (typically within 2-4 days of your purchase). If you did not get a tracking number after 4 days, please email us at sales@bellathoughts4u.com

9) Do you ship internationally? Where does your product/s originates?

Yes. We want to make sure that everyone is able to order our products and ship it to everywhere around the world.

Our products originates from our direct supplier in China, Taiwan and Philippines.  

10) Is there a chance for this store to add more products other than watches?

Although we are focused on watches and accessories, we are always in the process of adding more variants to our store. We want to provide everything hard to find items as much as possible to make your shopping experience more hassle free.
